Provider MUST have expereince working with all age populations.     Responsibilities: - Provide timely medication management and prescriptions to clients. - Explain the benefits, risks, and alternatives of medications to clients, families, and staff. - Assess clients for medications given and order any necessary tests. - Supervise treatment for clients on psychotropic medications in coordination with primary health care physicians. - Document all work done in client records thoroughly and legibly. - Provide regular supervision to nurse practitioners employed by Chrysalis Health. - Conduct regular training sessions for staff on psychiatric and medication management issues. - Maintain a professional demeanor in all communication, including during times of stress or upset. - Effectively engage with culturally diverse groups and individuals experiencing psychiatric, substance use, or medical symptoms. - Demonstrate a commitment to the vision, mission, goals, and objectives of the company. - Render compassionate care and uphold a commitment to serving those in need. - Review and respond to correspondence and inquiries promptly and professionally. - Maintain annual training requirements and successfully complete all criminal background checks.
