Your Day-to-Day:
- Work closely with clients experiencing severe and persistent mental health challenges.
- Assess individual needs and connect clients to valuable community resources.
- Develop and execute personalized service plans alongside clients.
- Monitor and ensure quality service delivery for clients.
- Stay on top of Medicaid billing and documentation requirements.
- Conduct chart audits to maintain compliance and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related Behavioral Health field from an accredited university.
- Experience: At least one year of experience working with adults and children experiencing mental health challenges.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the Medicaid Manual (certification required within 90 days of hire).
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Licensure: A valid Ohio Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Compliance: Ability to pass annual criminal background screenings.
