How You Will Make a Difference:

 

As a CAT BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement targeted behavioral interventions for children, adolescents, and families. You will also provide mentorship, training, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Complete behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based behavior interventions to address identified needs.
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and CAT team members.
  • Provide caregiver training and empower families with strategies to promote positive behavior change.
  • Conduct direct therapy, training, and supervision of Behavior Assistants and RBTs.
  • Monitor progress using data collection systems and provide timely updates.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to discharge planning and community resource integration.
  • Document interventions, client progress, and service plans accurately and in compliance with best practices.
  • Uphold all company, state, and federal guidelines, ensuring exceptional quality of care.
  • Maintain communication with families, team members, and community agencies to coordinate services.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

 

Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.

Active BCBA certification.

 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience providing behavioral analysis services to diverse populations, including crisis intervention.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
  • Flexibility to deliver services in homes, schools, and community-based settings.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license, current auto insurance, and safe driving record.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and the ability to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
