Chrysalis Health, a leading provider of behavioral healthcare in Florida, is seeking an organized and compassionate Program Assistant to join our dynamic Community Action Team (CAT). This role offers the opportunity to support impactful mental health programs while making a difference in the lives of youth and families.

Responsibilities:
• Manage program referrals and maintain communication with families and referral sources.
• Maintain participant charts, ensuring compliance with program and certification standards.
• Support team operations by tracking admissions, discharges, and service data.
• Serve as the first point of contact at CAT headquarters, triaging calls and assisting youth and families.
• Coordinate administrative tasks, including preparing reports, scheduling psychiatry appointments, and managing databases.
• Support staff meetings by tracking attendance and taking minutes.
• Provide backup administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one (1) year of experience in a similar administrative or program support role, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with culturally diverse groups.
