Opportunity:

We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, licensed clinicians who are dynamic, energetic, and driven to make a positive impact. At Chrysalis Health, we deliver clinical excellence in community-based behavioral healthcare, serving children, adolescents, adults, and families across Ohio in both home and school settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychiatric assessments and determine client diagnoses using DSM-5-TR criteria.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to intake and assessment activities.
  • Complete initial and updated diagnostic assessments for both youth and adults in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with community partners and provide culturally competent care.
  • Manage and respond to electronic and written correspondence, and address phone inquiries promptly (within 24 hours or next business day).
  • Provide ongoing therapy to clients as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health and/or substance use counseling.
  • Must hold an independent Ohio license (LISW, LPCC, IMFT).
  • Knowledge of counseling principles and practices.
  • Successful completion of criminal background checks (annually required).
