Salary: $100,000 annually with potential for up to 20% bonus based on achievable programmatic and growth accomplishments.

Chrysalis Health seeks an inspiring, results-oriented leader to join our team as the State Director, overseeing and driving the operations and services in Ohio. The State Director will spearhead the oversight and management of all clinical and programmatic operations within the state. Key responsibilities include developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with governmental bodies, contractors, and referral sources. Additionally, the State Director will provide guidance and evaluation for other leaders, fostering a cohesive team environment. Integral to this role is the implementation of our strategic plan, driving the direction of clinical and operational aspects of the business at a state-wide level.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of quality clinical services, ensuring adherence to program policies and procedures.
  • Manage clinical staffing levels and optimize staff satisfaction and retention.
  • Cultivate positive community relations through effective marketing and intake functions.
  • Participate in short and long-term planning and policy development.
  • Foster strong relationships with community and state-wide agencies.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts, including media interactions.
  • Ensure the maintenance of facilities and oversee building-related matters.
  • Demonstrate cultural competence and an unwavering commitment to compassionate care.
  • Lead special assignments and implement disaster plans as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a field relevant to Chrysalis Health’s services.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven ability in administering services to individuals, families, and/or children.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational prowess.
  • Proficiency in HRIS management systems preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and adequate insurance coverage.
  • Safe driving record with no more than 6 points on motor vehicle report.
