Candidate Requirements:

· You are COMPASSIONATE, provide CASE MANAGEMENT EXCELLENCE, ENGAGING, and provide excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE!

· Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field with one year of experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances OR Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (any major) AND 3 years of experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances.

Base pay of $40,00.00 requires 35 hours of service hours. The potential of $56,000 is based on additional bonus.

Responsibilities

EXPECTATIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide case management services as needed for each client.
  • Complete and submit required documentation within certain timeframes.
  • Attend monthly supervision.
  • Attend mandatory training and meetings.
  • Available to be flexible to accommodate clients’ schedules which includes evenings / weekends.
  • Serves as a liaison for the client, family, referral source and other social service agencies.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

  • You love people and are passionate about our mission, vision, and core values.
  • You are COMPASSIONATE, provide CLINICAL EXCELLENCE, effective COMMUNICATOR, and provide excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE!
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 1-year experience providing services to children with serious emotional disturbances or to adults with serious mental illness and/or substance use conditions.
  • Must be TCM certified within specified timeline
  • If driving within the scope of your employment (other than to and from work), must provide documentation of a valid Florida driver’s license and proof of insurance which must be maintained throughout tenure in the amount of at least $10,000/$30,000/$10,000 for liability limits. Also, must maintain a safe driving record with no more than 6 points on motor vehicle report (MVR) within the last 3 years. Alternatively, can use public or hired transportation services (e.g. Uber, Lyft, etc.).
  • You are persistent and thorough.
  • Successfully complete all criminal background checks annually.
